Happy Sunday, friends. I’m a fan of short-form writing content lately as I’m appreciating simplicity, concise messaging, and just absorbing/digesting/consuming LESS content. In that spirit, here’s a short article with multiple thoughts you can take as you wish.
Side, but related, note: It’s so easy to just fall into a scroll hole on social media(!!) and then the brain needs to DIGEST everything it’s seeing! I’ve found myself lately being surprised at what I can remember at random moments that I saw on Instagram. Does that ever happen to you? You’re walking on the street and randomly thinking about that one essentially pointless dance or noise you saw on social media? 🙄
Ideas
⚡Holding ON is more demanding than letting go because you hold on EVERY DAY and you let go ONCE.
⚡If we want to see change, we need to change.
Writing Prompts
💖Life is always happening FOR us - even in times of struggle. Ask yourself, “What is available for me here?”
💖Take a few moments to connect with yourself by writing yourself a little love letter in the following format. It is brief and succinct in order to meet you wherever you might be – whether you have 5 minutes to sketch this out quickly or 30 minutes to really mull it over. Take what you need.

Conversation prompt
In Priya Parker’s book, The Art of Gathering, she writes about crucible moments in life (challenging moments in our lives that shape us in some deep way and shift our lens of the world) and how sharing these at a gathering is a great way to build connection. Here’s a prompt for your next date, dinner party, or gathering:
